I believe a high calibre legal aid scheme needs experienced lawyers. However, I also know many lawyers find the system frustrating, time consuming and a bit like playing Russian roulette when Legal Aid pays you but later an auditor says you have to repay it because you weren’t entitled to claim it.

The invoicing module has one stop schedule and disbursement resources that are updated for FREE if the information for that particular version changes.
If Legal Aid significantly changes the policy relating to invoicing, such as introducing a replacement fixed fee schedule, reduced cost training is offered to those who have previously completed the invoicing training, to bring them up-to-date with current policy.

Methodology
Training can take place individually or in a group. Pricing is per person.
The training can occur in person in Christchurch or via Zoom (or a similar platform).
If training is wanted to take place outside of Christchurch, travel costs may be charged.
