I believe a high calibre legal aid scheme needs experienced lawyers. However, I also know many lawyers find the system frustrating, time consuming and a bit like playing Russian roulette when Legal Aid pays you but later an auditor says you have to repay it because you weren’t entitled to claim it.
The good news is that it is possible to:
✅ reduce your stress level,
✅ improve your cashflow,
✅ increase your profitability, and
✅ free up your time to spend it on the things you want to be spending it on
Eliminating the problems commonly associated with Legal Aid administration, as well as any
you have been experiencing so you feel confident no matter what
Making sure you can put the training into action straightaway
Supporting you recouping your investment within the next 30 days.

If Legal Aid significantly changes the policy relating to invoicing, such as introducing a replacement fixed fee schedule, reduced cost training is offered to those who have previously completed the invoicing training, to bring them up-to-date with current policy.
✅ Explain why you got the answer you got so you can eliminate repeating it OR
✅ Complete the application for reconsideration to challenge the decision
Training can take place individually or in a group. Pricing is per person.
The training can occur in person in Christchurch or via Zoom (or a similar platform).
If training is wanted to take place outside of Christchurch, travel costs may be charged.

✅ Less time spent on admin
✅ Reduced stress, and/or
✅ You getting to spend time on the things you really want to be spending it on
